Body
Although the previous sketches have depicted the Knuckle-Baller being used on the Calf Muscle, you can use all of the described techniques on any part of the body. The important thing to remember is to use just the right amount of pressure and stay away from bony structure such as the spine. |

Reverse
Position
This position differs totally from the previous described methods of holding the Knuckle-Baller. In the Reverse Position the massage balls are in the palm of the hand rather than above the knuckles. When held in this position the Knuckle-Baller becomes one of the most useful and versatile self-massage tools available. Use the reverse position to reach back of shoulders, neck and other hard to reach areas of the body. |
