Omni
Maximum Instructions
If you are one of the millions of
people around the world that suffers from muscle pain,
whether it is the misery of a bad back, stubborn tension
knots in your shoulders, sore aching feet or general muscle
discomfort - what you need is instant relief - and, with the
“Omni Maximum”, you can have that! This handy personal
massager and proven therapeutic tool is ideal for Spinal
Alignment, Trigger Point Therapy, Foot Massage and
Reflexology. The
Omni Maximum is a fantastic tool for total body care.
With the Omni Directional Massage Ball,
you will find it easy to pinpoint problem areas anywhere on
the body, then, simply roll the ball in circular motions.
The magic combination of deep penetrating pressure along
with mobility of the ball will smooth, soothe and loosen
muscle tissue, improving circulation and relieving pain.
Unscrew the opposite end of the tool
and you will discover a great little tool for Trigger Point
Therapy. The small stationary pressure point allows the user
to apply deep, direct pressure to trigger points within the
muscle and connective tissue. This stationary pressure point
is especially effective on the bottoms of feet but is also a
great tool for any part of the body.
Use the grooved areas of the Omni
Maximum for a very stimulating foot massage. Place the
massager on the floor and roll your feet across the grooves.
The grooves and ridges provide an alternating compression
and release effect that you can also use on other areas of
the body such as hands, forearms, calves and thighs.
For a great Back Massage use the Omni
Maximum as you would a rolling pin. Roll the Spine Alignment
Nodules back and forth along either side of the spine taking
care to stay away from the spine. Never use this tool
directly on the spine or any bony areas of the body. For
Spinal Self Alignment & Stretching you can very gently
lie back onto the Alignment Nodules, placing the Nodules on
either side of the spine and again taking care to stay off
of the spine itself. Lie still for a few seconds before
repositioning the tool along the spine. Repeat the
positioning of the tool and gently relaxing against it until
you are satisfied with the results.
