Follow
these three easy steps for the massage of a lifetime!

Decide where you want to use your Back Buddy as it becomes a
permanent fixture on a door or wall. Mark the desired position. |

Peel off the protective backing and apply the Back Buddy to the
desired surface with even pressure (Velcro side facing). |

Remove the discs from the Velcro pad, peel off the backing and
apply directly to the base of your Omni roller. You are now
ready to place your roller on your Back Buddy pad . The Velcro
allows you to move the Omni rollers on the Back Buddy for a
perfect massage. |
